AWARD FROM THE MINISTRY OF MANPOWER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
The success of Sekar Lima Pratama in enhancing the well-being of its employees and maintaining excellent relationship with its workers has resulted in an award from the Department of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
Improving the living standard for its workers, Sekar Lima Pratama sets up a Cooperatives unit, where the members, nonetheless the workers, are able to apply for low-interest loans and to purchase primary and secondary items/groceries at low price
Allowing the workers to set up its own Labor Union, enables the management to establish good relationship with the workers. This can be seen from the fact that there is no-disputes recorded since Sekar Lima Pratama established in 1977.

motivation to continually improve the welfare of its employees
AWARD FROM NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY (ASKES)
As part of Sekar Lima Pratama Health and Safety program, the workers in Sekar Lima Pratama are all enrolled in the official Indonesian Employee Health Insurance program, known asAskes.
The company is also used as a role model by the regional government to encourage other textile companies in the region to enroll their employees to the Indonesian Employee Health Insurance Agency.
For its commitment toward the health of its employees, in December 2006 Sekar Lima Pratama received 2006 Annual Appreciation Award from the Indonesian Employee Health Insurance Agency

Sekar Lima Pratama is fully aware of the need to ensure that all of its activities do not endanger the ecological surrounding the manufacturing plant, regardless the insignificant amount of waste and pollutant produced, compared to other textile industries, such as textile printing industry.
As a result of our serious concern on environmental program, in June 2007 Sekar Lima Pratama
has been given a professional engineering assistance byKfW, German’s leading environmental
organization, to build one of the most advance waste-water treatment facilities
AWARD FROM USAID - ‘SELARAS’ PROGRAM
Understanding the potential of Sekar Lima Pratama, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has awarded a marketing and management professional assistance as part of their SELARAS program in March 2007.
The professional marketing assistance and management consulting services are intended to improve Sekar Lima Pratama’s competitiveness in national and international market. The management is proud to say that Sekar Lima Pratama is the only textile company to receive the award.
With the support of USAID, Sekar Lima Pratama has been preparing its International Business
Development division to market its products to the international market
AWARD FROM FU JIAN MACHINE SUPPLIER
Despite having Chinese weaving machineries, sometimes seen less good as the Japanese or European counterparts, the Weaving division of Sekar Lima Pratama still hold the highest efficiency in the region. As a result of this, the achievement has been acknowledged by the Fu Jian Machine Manufacturer, the supplier fo r Sekar Lima Pratama’s weaving machines.
The regular maintenance program and 24-hour skilled technicians strategy have been adopted
by the Fu Jian Machine Manufacturer for its other clients.
